Dr. Schulman has taught at seven different educational institutions, including but not limited to UCLA, UMass Global (formerly Brandman University), and the University of Florida.

Educational | Inspirational

With her experience in public speaking through her time instructing students at many different colleges across the United States, her main goal is to now use that experience to teach people about nutrition, health, and fitness.

As part of that, she has given a TEDx talk on nutrition and disease prevention, for instance the many connections that a healthy diet has to physical health, which is available to watch right now, right here!

Teaching Specialies

Dr. Schulman has published in several peer-reviewed journals -- including the National Institutes of Health -- and has been invited by the media to discuss the role of close relationships in food behavior.

In addition, Dr. Schulman has taught numerous classes as an adjunct professor in psychology, health behavior, and writing -- including several courses at UMass Global.
